Customer Service Unit (CSU) Officers/Senior Officers
Our Customer Service Unit (CSU) team is growing and we are looking for talented and passionate game-changers to join us as CSU Officers Senior Officers!
The successful candidates will be involved in, amongst others:
Conducting background checks, KYC, DD and AML assessment of new customers as well as collecting relevant documentation.
Setting up of the account information for the customers in the core banking system and CRM where applicable.
Initiate and process various types of payments, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with relevant policies and directives.
Communication with several bank institutions regarding payment related issues and providing requested information and supporting documents where necessary.
Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
Handle all back office duties related to payments.
Conducting on-going review of customers.
Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Meeting with prospective customers to discuss their needs and recommend types of e-accounts that would be appropriate.
Providing personal support for any issues that customers may have.
Working effectively within own team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to create an environment of continuous improvement.
Undertaking any other work-related tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or in similar disciplines.
Two (2) to five (5) years of related work experience will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Strong report writing analytical skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Excellent command of the English and Greek Languages, both verbal and written.
