Brand Strategy Operations Officer

Our Strategic Operations team is growing and we are looking for a talented and passionate game-changer to join us as Brand Strategy Operations Officer! Are you up for the challenge?

The Role

The successful candidates will be involved in, amongst others:

Develop, implement and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages and engage with the online community.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions.
Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimise strategies accordingly.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Manage social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
Track competitors and provide insights for improvement.
Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns when needed.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by management which are related to his/her work.

Requirements

Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree in in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with social media management tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools will be considered an advantage.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent command of the English and Greek Languages, both verbal and written.
