In accordance with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) and the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs) Regulation, and as part of our commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and investor protection, this section provides access to all current Key Information Documents (KIDs) for the investment products we offer to retail Customers.
What Are KIDs?
Key Information Documents (KIDs) are standardised, pre-contractual documents designed to help retail investors understand the nature, risks, costs, potential gains and losses, and other essential features of investment products. They aim to support informed decision-making and allow meaningful comparisons between different financial instruments. Each KID is tailored to a specific financial instrument or investment product and presents essential information in a clear, non-technical format.
Purpose of KIDs
The main objective of KIDs is to ensure that you, as a retail investor, are fully informed about the nature of the product before making an investment decision. These documents ensure that you:
- Understand the product’s objectives and how it works
- Assess potential risks and rewards
- Compare the product with others available in the market
- Review the costs associated with investing
Who prepares the KIDs?
The Key Information Documents are prepared by the product manufacturers, who are legally responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the content.
As a distributor, our obligation is to provide you with access to these documents at zero cost, and before any transaction is concluded, in line with MiFID II and PRIIPs requirements.
We make every effort to ensure that the KIDs published on our website are the most recent versions supplied by the respective manufacturers.
