The successful candidates will be involved in, amongst others:

• Preparing and serving menu items, hot/cold drinks and specialty beverages
• Ordering and serving baked or other goods on a daily basis as deemed necessary
• Communicating feedback to management and recommending new menu items
• Taking and servicing orders quickly and efficiently
• Responding to orders, questions, possible concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
• Checking if equipment operates properly and reporting maintenance needs
• Complying with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations
• Requesting, receiving and processing event catering proposals as deemed necessary
• Undertaking any other work-related tasks assigned by management
