The successful candidates will be involved in, amongst others:
Preparing and serving menu items, hot/cold drinks and specialty beverages
Ordering and serving baked or other goods on a daily basis as deemed necessary
Communicating feedback to management and recommending new menu items
Taking and servicing orders quickly and efficiently
Responding to orders, questions, possible concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
Checking if equipment operates properly and reporting maintenance needs
Complying with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations
Requesting, receiving and processing event catering proposals as deemed necessary
Undertaking any other work-related tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Up to five (5) years of related work experience will be considered an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent command of the English and Greek Languages, both verbal and written
