No. ECOMMBX is an Electronic Money Institution, not a bank. The main difference is that we do no offer deposit or credit granting services.
Moreover, customer funds are held in accordance with applicable safeguarding requirements and are not treated as bank deposits under the Deposit Guarantee Scheme operated under the Central Bank of Cyprus.
Each currency account is opened with its own distinct IBAN and available payment route. Each customer is provided a master EUR IBAN during onboarding and each subsequent currency account can be added upon request through web or mobile banking apps or through contacting the customer support unit.
Spartan Pay allows an active customer to send an internal transfer (in EUR) to another ECOMMBX customer using the verified mobile number linked to the recipient’s ECOMMVERSE profile.
Availability remains subject to the applicable account, currency and transfer limits.
Pegasus is available to customers upon request following onboarding, product assessment and approval.
Card access, limits and associated privileges depend on the approved customer profile and applicable program terms.
Yes, Pegasus cardholders holding an active VISA Infinite card have access to Priority Pass membership benefits, 24/7 Visa Concierge Services and applicable travel and medical insurance benefits.
Coverage, activation, usage and availability remain subject to the relevant program, insurance, and third party service terms.
Download The ECOMMVERSE, select Become a Customer, choose Personal and complete the digital onboarding process.
Tip: You will need to provide an identification document and recent proof of address (no older than 6 months). Once your account is approved, you can select the Issue Card banner, choose your card and confirm your delivery address.
You can then fund your account or Dedicated Card Account using an available funding method: from your account or third party card.
