How does ECommbanX work?

ECOMMBANX platform provides you with a master account with a transparent overview and access to all of your e-accounts. You can execute payments, view account balances and transaction history, transfer money, and download statements for a specific period and much more.

How current is my e-account information?

Your account information is updated each time you log into your Online Banking so that all pending as well as posted transactions are displayed and reflected in your balance.

How much account information can I view at once?

The system will always default to show the current month history at login. You may change the dates to view by clicking ‘Custom Filter’.

Can I view my account details in more than one way?

Yes, you can view your transactions by date in ascending or descending order.

What formats can I download my transaction history in?

Online Solution supports downloads to PDF and CSV files.

Can I schedule future transfers?

Yes! You may schedule future one-time or future-scheduled on a frequency basis (weekly, monthly, yearly).

When can I use Online Banking services?

With Online Solution, you have access to your e-account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How long can I be inactive before being logged out of the Online Banking product?

Each session time-out is set for 5 minutes.

What is required to use the Online Banking service?

All you need is a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer® . You can use any computer that has Internet access. Please also read our security tips.

How do I access Online Banking?

You must first complete the Internet Banking Access rights Application form and submit it to us. Once your registration is received we will process your request. You will need an activation password to access the service for the first time. You will receive your activation (OTP) password in SMS and the login link by email.

Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?

Yes, during the activation you can set up your own password.

What happens if I forget or lose my password?

Just click the “Forgot Password” option and the system will take you through the steps needed to get back into your account.

How can I communicate with your organization for any queries?

You can send us all your queries through the “messaging” function and our team will reply to you through the same secure channel.

Transfer of funds: (between own accounts, to another client of our company, through SWIFT or through SEPA).

Locate the transfer function. After you have logged in to your Internet banking account, you will need to find the section for Payments and Transfers. Select the kind of transfer you would like to make. Common types of transfers available through Internet banking include transfers between own accounts, to another client of our company, through SWIFT or through SEPA. Your bank’s Internet banking interface will allow you to select from among the options that are available to you. Select the account to be debited from a drop-down list.

Select the recipient of your funds. Once you are logged in to your Internet banking account and have selected the transfer function, you will need to enter the account information of the person or entity you would like to send money to. Depending on the kind of transfer you may be asked to include the recipient’s bank account number or IBAN and the bank SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) Code, which is used for identifying banks.

Enter the amount you would like to send. Make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the amount you would like to send. Remember that recently-deposited funds might take a while to become available in your account.

Select when you would like the transfer to go through. By entering in a value date, you will be prompted to select when you want to send your money. Typically, you can choose to have a transfer go within the day, or at a specified later date. In many cases, you can also arrange to have a certain transfer be recurring (for example to pay a monthly rent). Our System sets a transfer date next working day by default, so make sure to check and change this if necessary.

Review your transfer details and confirm the transaction. Once you have selected the kind of transfer you want to make, and have entered all the required information, you should review the details of your transaction. Make sure that everything (recipient information, amount of money, etc.) looks correct, and click to complete the transfer transaction.
